IMPORTANT: If you are going to Wednesday training you must sign up to the Facebook event each week (join the group here) otherwise you will be turned away at the gate, NO EXCEPTIONS!

 
Training Starts Feb 5th

Training starts up again this weekend (February 5th). We've secured an 'all weather pitch' at the Sinsa Middle School, right next to our Jamwon pitch. Come out of Apgujeing station at exit 6, walk 500 metres and it is the second school you come to (after the Hyundai High School). Check out our map here.

See you at 10am, and dress warm!

The Survivors continued their build-up to the new season with a two hour, week-night training session with John Kirwan at the Seoul Foreign School. After spending an hour with the Han River Pirates, JK stepped up the intensity to give the Survivors an insight into how he has been so successful over the years, and how the face of rugby is changing.

New Season to start with a visit from John Kirwan

The Seoul Survivors have announced that their new season will kick-off, on February 17th, with a training session with All Black Legend and current Japan coach, John Kirwan. It'll be closely followed by a game against Busan University and then the Survivors' annual trip to the Phippines for the Manilla 10s in mid March.

The top two ranked Yellow Sea Cup teams clash in an epic battle at Fortress Jamwon on Saturday, May 29th, to determine the frontrunner for this year's competition.

Shanghai's squad will need all its clinical nous to overcome the Survivors' excitement machine at the riverside where the locals remain unbeaten in front of their feverish home crowd support.

A full day of rugby will feature three back-to-back games, The Seoul Sisters will kick things off, at 1.45, with a demo game against the Shanghai Ladies. They'll be followed, at 2.30, by the main event - the Survivors vs. the Hairy Crabs. The SS Killer Bees will close out the show, with a 4 o'clock game of rugby 10s against the Shanghai B team.

 
Training starts this weekend!

Training will commence this weekend, January the 30th. Let's get down there at 10am and stretch out the muscles.
 
We will hit the ground running this season. On the 17th of Feb John Kirwen will hold a training with the survivors. Also as Richard has mentioned our first game will be against the PNU team down in Busan. This will be on the 27th of Feb. PENCIL IT IN!

 
Then on the second weekend of March, the 13th, it looks like we will have a 10's comp at our pitch with the Gangnam club.
 
And finally the Manila 10's on the 19th of March!  A lot to look forward too. You should be all in the gym by now burning the winter fat.

 
Survivors start winter training

handballThe Survivors kicked off their winter training regime, with a bit of a twist. Tuesday night, Handball practice - 7.30 - 10.00pm at the Olympic Park in Jamsil. Training sessions are held inside the Korea National Sport University.
